Dacke Industri has successfully acquired G-TEK AB, a leading provider of optimal Powerpack installations for OEM manufacturers of mobile vehicles across northern Europe. On December 12th, 2024, Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of 98% of G-TEK’s shares, while the current management will continue to hold the remaining shares.

Dacke Industri is pleased to announce that Mr. René van Boxtel has been appointed as the new CEO of Tecair B.V, effective February 1st, 2025. René brings a wealth of experience in international sales and regional leadership, making him an excellent choice to lead Tecair B.V, into its next phase of growth and innovation.

On November 28th, 2024, they acquired 100% of the shares in MoveRoll Oy.

Dacke Industri continues to strengthen its global position with its acquisition of the Swedish company Stegia AB, the Nordic region’s leading supplier of integrated servomotors.
Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of 70 % of the shares in Stegia AB on November 12th, 2024. The current management and owners will remain owners of 30% of the shares.
