Dacke Industri is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Taylor as CEO of Dacke Industri’s UK subsidiary, BTL-UK Ltd, effective 1 October 2026.
Caroline has been with BTL-UK Ltd for nearly 16 years and has held several positions within the company, including Human Resources Manager. Most recently, she has been responsible for the day-to-day management of the business as General Manager.
Her broad operational experience and strong knowledge of the company make her well positioned to lead BTL-UK Ltd forward.
Before joining BTL-UK Ltd, Caroline held management positions within the retail sector, including National Head of Retail at Shelter and several operational and leadership roles at Thresher Group.
We would also like to thank Raymond Mifsud for his dedication and contribution to BTL-UK Ltd over the past 35 years. Under his leadership, the company has built a strong position in its markets and a solid foundation for the future.
