Dacke Industri is pleased to announce the appointment of  Mr.Carl Buddery as CEO of Tufcot Engineering Ltd, effective 1 July 2026.

On 1 July 2026, Dacke Industri acquired 80% of the shares in Electromen Oy, a Finnish company specialising in electronic control systems for demanding automation and motion control applications.

In line with our strategy to strengthen our presence in key markets, Dacke Industri today announces the acquisitions of the UK-based Rotork Midland Ltd, (to be renamed Midland Flow Ltd) and the Italian Rotork Instruments S.r.l. (to be renamed M&M Instruments S.r.l.) as part of the divestment process from Rotork Plc. These acquisitions demonstrate our commitment to growth, enhance our market position, and open new opportunities for collaboration and customer value in both the UK and Italy.

On March 5th, 2026, we acquired 100% of the shares in Rotork Instruments S.r.l. (to be renamed M&M Instruments S.r.l.) an Italian company with a strong track record in designing and manufacturing innovative flow control solutions for industrial applications. The current leadership team at the company will continue to guide their organizations moving forward.
