Dacke Industri continues to grow in the European market with its acquisition of the Italian company Airon Srl. Airon Srl excels in designing and manufacturing high-quality pneumatic solutions for industrial automation. Renowned for its customer-centric total quality approach, the company has established itself as a leader in the sector.
Dacke Industri has the 3rd of July, 2024 completed the acquisition of 70 % of the shares in Airon Srl. The current management and owner will remain as owners with 30% of the shares.
