Dacke Industri is pleased to announce the appointment of Ulf Johannesson as CEO of LIMAB AB, effective January 15, 2026.

Ulf brings strong international leadership and extensive experience from various roles in global, technology-intensive companies. His background includes instrumentation and automation at Emerson, as well as industrial 3D printing for the manufacturing industry at Colibrium Additive (formerly Arcam, now a GE Aerospace company). During his time at Emerson, Ulf was responsible for the instrumentation and non-contact measurement offerings for the oil and gas industry, led business and marketing strategy, and worked for many years in sales and key account management. Most recently, Ulf served as Managing Director of Arcam AB in Gothenburg and as head of Colibrium Additive’s Global Technical Center, where he held global responsibility for service coordination, installations, field and technical service, application support, and training in EBM and laser DMLM technologies.

His focus on customer-perceived quality, technical sales, strong service orientation, and experience leading diverse organizations and global teams make him well-positioned to support LIMAB’s continued growth. His ability to navigate complex market conditions and drive development will further strengthen our international presence and performance.

After several years as CEO of LIMAB, Lars Granlund will now transition to the role of Vice President of Measurement Systems at Electronics, Dacke Industri. Under his leadership, the company has strengthened its position, and we extend our sincere thanks for his leadership and contributions, which have laid a solid foundation for continued growth and success. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in his new role.

“It is an honorable mission to take over the baton from Lars. LIMAB has a leading product range and a well-established position in the industry. There is an impressive technical level and tremendous industry expertise within LIMAB. We have exciting teamwork ahead as we continue the growth journey. Things move faster nowadays, so customers will demand innovations to improve their business cases, faster ROI, and deeper collaboration with key suppliers to achieve their goals. I am humbly grateful for the trust to help lead the work forward. It will be fantastic and exciting,” says Ulf Johannesson, incoming CEO of LIMAB.

“I warmly welcome Ulf as the new CEO of LIMAB. With his international leadership experience, solid background in industrial technology and manufacturing, and clear focus on quality, service, and customer value, he is the right person to lead our strategy forward.
