Dacke Industri is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Sofia Brandt as the new Group Financial Controller, effective March 17th, 2026.

Sofia has broad experience from international companies, most recently at Lindab AB, where she was responsible for strengthening internal controls across core group processes and reporting. In addition, she contributed to sustainability reporting from an internal control perspective and supported the preparation of both interim reports and annual report. Earlier, she served as Financial Manager at Trelleborg AB, a global industrial group, where she gained valuable operational and strategic experience in financial management. Before that, she spent several years at Ernst & Young AB as an Authorized Public Accountant, developing solid expertise in auditing, financial reporting, and consultancy services for companies across various industries. Through these roles, she has developed a broad and robust financial skillset, with strong proficiency in internal control and reporting frameworks, and ability to navigate complex organizational environments. She will be a valuable addition to our team.

“I am excited to join Dacke Industri and, together with my colleagues, contribute to strengthening and further developing internal control to support greater economic resilience, efficiency, and long‑term sustainable growth. I take on this role with strong commitment and humbleness, and look forward to becoming part of the skilled team at Dacke Industri,” says Sofia Brandt, Group Financial Controller of Dacke Industri.

“We are pleased to welcome Sofia to our team. With her strong background in internal control, financial management, and reporting from leading international companies, she brings expertise and strategic mindset we value. I am confident that Sofia will contribute greatly to our continued development and to advancing our financial governance across the Group,” says Per Porenius, CFO of Dacke Industri.
