On December 31st, 2025, Dacke Industri further strengthened its European presence by acquiring 100% of the shares in Tufcot Engineering Ltd, a UK-based engineering and manufacturing company providing tailored composite solutions for industrial components.

As part of our ongoing growth journey, we are further strengthening and clarifying our divisions to better reflect our industrial strategic direction and business focus. To support this, we have renamed our four divisions in line with their business sectors and technologies and realigned certain companies under new divisions. The new names are: Air and Mechatronics, Power and Motion, Measurement and Control and Precision and Protection. In connection with these changes, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kenneth Carlsson as President of Precision and Protection, effective 1st January 2026.

On November 18th, 2025, Dacke Industri further strengthened its European presence by acquiring 70% of the shares in Hydronit S.r.l., an Italian company with a strong position in the market for modular hydraulic power units for mobile, industrial, and marine applications. The current owner will continue to hold the remaining shares.

Dacke Industri is pleased to announce the appointment of Ulf Johannesson as CEO of LIMAB AB, effective January 15, 2026.

As Vice President for the Business Area Measurement Systems, Electronics, Dacke Industri is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lars Granlund, effective 1st January 2026.
