As part of our ongoing growth journey, we are further strengthening and clarifying our divisions to better reflect our industrial strategic direction and business focus. To support this, we have renamed our four divisions in line with their business sectors and technologies and realigned certain companies under new divisions.

All our divisions are now organized into business areas. By structuring our newly renamed divisions in this way, we create a clearer framework that supports continued organic growth within each area. This model allows our companies to maintain their autonomy, while also facilitating more effective collaboration within each division.

“The updated structure provides our industrial group with a clearer foundation for organic growth and collaboration, while each company retains its autonomy. Complementary acquisitions remain central to our strategy, and our value-driven, decentralized culture—built on trust, integrity, and development, continues to be the cornerstone of our success,“ says Lars Fredin, Group CEO of Dacke Industri.

Dacke Industri’s four Divisions as of 1 January 2026:

Companies within the Air and Mechatronics division provide high-tech motion and air solutions; air technologies including advanced cylinders, valves, air preparation, and instrumentation, alongside intelligent mechatronic solutions such as actuators, motors, and integrated control systems.
