In line with our strategy to strengthen our presence in key markets, Dacke Industri today announces the acquisitions of the UK-based Rotork Midland Ltd, (to be renamed Midland Flow Ltd) and the Italian Rotork Instruments S.r.l. (to be renamed M&M Instruments S.r.l.) as part of the divestment process from Rotork Plc. These acquisitions demonstrate our commitment to growth, enhance our market position, and open new opportunities for collaboration and customer value in both the UK and Italy.
On March 5th, 2026, we acquired 100% of the shares in Rotork Instruments S.r.l. (to be renamed M&M Instruments S.r.l.) an Italian company with a strong track record in designing and manufacturing innovative flow control solutions for industrial applications. The current leadership team at the company will continue to guide their organizations moving forward.
M&M Instruments S.r.l will become part of the Air Technology Business Area within the Air and Mechatronics division, where it will contribute to the group’s combined expertise and joint efforts forward.
Under the renowned M&M brand, M&M Instruments S.r.l designs and manufactures solenoid and piston-actuated valves for a wide range of commercial and industrial flow control applications. The portfolio covers both stand-alone solutions and bespoke OEM installations, ensuring the ideal fit for each customer’s needs. With a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation, the valves deliver strong performance even in the most demanding environments and extreme temperatures worldwide. The company is headquartered in Bergamo, Italy. M&M Instruments S.r.l employs approximately 40 people and has an annual turnover of about EUR 8 million.
