On 6 October 2026, Dacke Industri acquired 80% of the shares in Inlead Automation AB, a Swedish company specialising in industrial automation solutions that help manufacturers increase productivity, flexibility and operational efficiency. The acquisition of Inlead Automation is a strategic step in strengthening Dacke Industri’s position within industrial automation.
Inlead Automation will become part of the Precision & Protection division, where the company’s strong market position, scalable offering and growing aftermarket business will further strengthen Dacke Industri’s offering within industrial automation and create new opportunities for collaboration, development and long-term growth across the Group.
Inlead Automation develops and delivers standardised and modular automation solutions for CNC machine tending and other applications within the manufacturing industry. In addition to its automation solutions, the company provides aftermarket services, spare parts, service agreements and training to a growing installed base of industrial customers. The company is headquartered in Anderstorp in Småland, Sweden, employs about 30 people and has annual turnover of about SEK 72 million.
“We have been looking for a partner that shares our long-term perspective, entrepreneurial approach and commitment to sustainable development. With Dacke Industri as majority owner, we gain access to expertise, networks and experience that will support our continued growth, while maintaining our strong focus on our customers, employees and operations in Anderstorp,” says Tommy Strand, CEO and co-owner of Inlead Automation AB.
“We are pleased to welcome Inlead Automation to our division Precision & Protection. The company adds valuable capabilities within automation and manufacturing technology and complements our existing operations well. Together, we see strong opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing and continued development across the division,” says Kenneth Carlsson, President Precision and Protection of Dacke Industri and Chairman of Inlead Automation AB.
“Inlead Automation is a strong company with a proven business model, an attractive aftermarket offering and great growth potential. The acquisition strengthens our position within industrial automation and supports our ambition to continue building a stronger and more international industrial group,” says Lars Fredin, Group CEO of Dacke Industri.
